Website Templates

PERSONAL USE
You can use the template for one website of your own (personal or business), in your own account. If you hire someone to edit your website for you, they cannot take claim to the design.
The footer SITE DESIGN link to Design Pixie must stay in place.
PERSONAL USE - NO CREDIT
Personal use terms above apply with No SITE DESIGN credit link to Design Pixie required in the footer.
CLIENT USE
A client use license allows you to use the template for one website for one client (someone other than yourself). The footer SITE DESIGN link to Design Pixie can be removed and replaced with your own design credit.

Fonts
Fonts are sold under a Single User license agreement.
One purchase allows you to:
- Install the font file to your own devices
- Use for personal and commercial projects
- Use for branding and client work
- Use to create products for sale
Not Allowed:
You must not re-sell, transfer or redistribute the font itself – your design using the font must be flattened so the font cannot be extracted or used further.
You, the purchaser of the font, hold the license to use the font.
Fonts cannot be transferred to another user.
Fonts must not be used in templates for sale or re-distribution.
Fonts can be uploaded to Canva to use in your own projects, however cannot be used to create Canva templates for sale or distribution.
Fonts cannot be re-sold or edited for resale (eg. as an embroidery font).
Social Media
All items included in the Social Media Templates section
Social Media templates are sold under a Single User license agreement.
You can use use the templates to create content for your own social media pages (Personal Use License) or for someone else's (Client Use License).
You cannot create products for sale, logos or marketing material using social media templates.
The designs include custom fonts and graphics. These fonts and graphics can be used in the set templates only.
PERSONAL USE
A personal use license allows you to use the templates to create content for your own social media accounts (personal or business).
CLIENT USE
A Client Use license allows you to use the templates to create content for the social media accounts of one client (eg. if you are the social media manager for a business).
Graphics
Graphics are sold under a Single User license agreement. One purchase of a graphics product from Design Pixie provides you (Single User) with the license to use the items in that product for personal use, commercial use or to produce the design of unlimited end products for sale.
END PRODUCT FOR SALE
An End Product is a digital design or a physical item that you plan to sell to more than one person. The design must be significantly different than, and not sold in direct competition with, the product purchased from Design Pixie.
An End Product design requires time, effort and skill to produce. The purchased graphic cannot be the main component of your product. Your finished design must incorporate multiple design elements and be flattened so that the graphic cannot be extracted for further use.
You must not re-sell, share (eg. as opt-ins or freebies) or re-distribute any of the items purchased. When using items you’ve purchased from Design Pixie in your design, your customers must not be able to extract those items for further use.
Graphics can be used for client or branding projects, however individual graphics cannot be re-distributed to clients.
Graphics cannot be edited or changed for re-sale.
Graphics MUST NOT be provided in editable templates for sale or redistribution.
Branding
All templates included in the Branding section
Branding templates are for personal business use only.
You can brand your own business using the templates.
You cannot create products for sale using the designs in branding templates.
You cannot use branding templates to produce work for clients within your own design business.
LOGO TEMPLATES
You can use logo templates to create your own logo.
You do not have permission to use the designs with the same words as they are. You must replace the words with your business name before downloading.
You are unable to trademark your logo design using these templates.
The templates cannot be used for client work or to create logos for customers/clients.
The designs include premium fonts and graphics. These fonts and graphics can be used in the set templates only.
Marketing
All items in the Marketing section
Marketing products are sold under a Single User license agreement.
You can use use the templates to create content to promote your own business.
You cannot create products for sale using marketing templates.
The designs include custom and premium fonts and graphics. These fonts and graphics can be used in the set templates only.
Digital Planning
All digital planning products are for personal use only.
You do not have permission to re-sell, share, transfer or re-distribute this item or any edited derivative of this item.
Commercial use is prohibited.
Desktop Organizing
All desktop organizing products are for personal use only.

No, website templates cannot be re-sold.

I am creating a website for a family member or a friend, what license do I purchase?
If you are purchasing a Design Pixie website template and using it for anyone other than yourself, a Client Use license is required.
Alternatively, your family member or friend can purchase the template from Design Pixie themselves under a Personal Use or Personal Use - No Credit license. They can then provide you access to edit their website. You cannot purchase this type of license for them, they must be the purchaser. Please note - you cannot put your own design credit in the footer of the website under these two licenses.
If you want to be able to state that you designed the website, please purchase a Client Use license.

Yes, you will need to purchase a Client Use license for each new client project.
One purchase of a Design Pixie website template under the Client Use license allows you to use it to create the website for one client, and you can credit yourself as the designer in the footer of the website.

Yes. The Personal Use license simply requires you to keep the Site Design link to Design Pixie in the footer bar.
As an example, you run an online coaching business where you sell products and services. You are designing your own website to promote your business and want to use a Design Pixie template to get it done fast. You can go with the Personal Use or the Personal Use - No Credit license.

No. Design Pixie fonts cannot be provided in editable templates.

The fonts and graphics included in the template you have purchased can only be used within that set template only.
Please do the right thing and purchase the relevant products for what you need, rather than resizing the one template for different uses.

You can use graphics in an End Product for sale however you cannot include them in editable templates.
Your End Product design must be significantly different than, and not sold in direct competition with, the product purchased from Design Pixie.
An End Product design requires time, effort and skill to produce. You cannot slightly change the items purchased from Design Pixie to re-sell – you must be able to create a new design incorporating a variety of design elements.
Can I use the graphics in editable templates (eg. Canva, Corjl and Templett) that I will be selling in my own store?
