Product License

1. Fonts

Fonts purchased from Design Pixie are licensed under a Single User License. This license grants permission for one individual purchaser to use the font in accordance with the terms below. The font file itself remains the intellectual property of Design Pixie and is protected by copyright.

Permitted Use

One font purchase allows you to:

• Install the font on your own personal devices for use in your design projects;
• Use the font for personal and commercial projects;
• Use the font to create branding, marketing materials, and designs for your own business;
• Use the font for client projects, provided the client does not receive access to the font file and does not use the font independently;
• Create finished products for sale where the font is incorporated into the final design.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share, transfer, gift, sublicense, sell, distribute, or provide the font file to any other person, business, client, team member, or third party;
• Upload, include, embed, or distribute the font file within any editable template, digital product, design resource, or downloadable file;
• Create or sell templates (including Canva templates, editable social media templates, website templates, invitations, planners, or similar products) where the customer can access, edit, extract, or use the font;
• Provide the font file to clients, customers, employees, contractors, or collaborators;
• Convert, modify, edit, rename, recreate, or alter the font for resale, redistribution, or commercial release (including creating embroidery fonts, SVG fonts, digital cutting files, or other derivative font products);
• Use the font to create a competing font, alphabet, lettering product, or similar design asset;
• Embed, package, or include the font file within any app, software, website application, game, digital tool, platform, or other technology product where the font can be accessed, extracted, or used by end users.

Any product created using the font must be exported or flattened in a format where the font cannot be extracted, accessed, or reused by another person.

Canva Use

Fonts may be uploaded to Canva for your own personal use and for creating your own designs.

However, fonts may not be used to create Canva templates, Canva products, or any editable designs intended for sale, sharing, or distribution where another user can access or recreate the font.

License Restrictions

The license belongs solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another user. Each person, business, or entity using the font must obtain their own license unless written permission has been granted by Design Pixie.

Unauthorised distribution, sharing, extraction, modification, or resale of Design Pixie fonts constitutes copyright infringement and a breach of this license agreement. Design Pixie reserves the right to revoke licenses, restrict future purchases, and pursue available legal remedies.

2. Website Templates

All Design Pixie website templates, themes, layouts, graphics, design elements, and associated files remain the intellectual property of Design Pixie and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a website template grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the template according to the license type purchased. You are purchasing permission to use the design - not ownership of the template, source files, or underlying design structure.

SQUARESPACE + WIX TEMPLATES

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

A Personal Use License allows you to use the template for one (1) website only, created and managed within your own account.

This license allows you to:

• Use the template for your own personal website or business website;
• Customise the template with your own content, branding, images, and information;
• Or use the template as provided (colors, fonts, design)
• Make modifications necessary to create your own finished website.

If you hire a designer, developer, or third party to assist with editing your website, they may only provide services on your behalf and may not claim ownership of the design, reuse the template for other projects, or distribute the template files.

The “SITE DESIGN” credit link to Design Pixie must remain visible in the website footer unless you have purchased a license that includes credit removal.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE — NO CREDIT

A Personal Use License with No Credit allows you to use the template under the same Personal Use terms above, with permission to remove the Design Pixie “SITE DESIGN” footer credit.

This license does not provide permission to resell, redistribute, transfer, or use the template for client websites.

CLIENT USE LICENSE

A Client Use License allows you to use the template to create one (1) website for one (1) client.

This license allows you to:

• Customise the template for a single client website;
• Deliver the completed website to your client;
• Remove the Design Pixie “SITE DESIGN” footer credit and replace it with your own design credit.

Your client receives permission to use the completed website only. They do not receive ownership of the original template, source files, framework, layout, structure, or underlying Design Pixie design elements.

A separate license must be purchased for each additional client website.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, sublicense, or provide the template files to any other person or business;
• Use one purchased template to create multiple websites;
• Create and sell website templates, themes, layouts, or digital products based on a Design Pixie template;
• Claim the template design, structure, layout, or creative direction as your own;
• Copy, recreate, extract, or imitate the template for resale or distribution;
• Include the template files as part of another product, service, marketplace listing, course, membership, or resource library;
• Provide the editable template files to clients, customers, employees, contractors, or collaborators unless specifically permitted under the purchased license.

Any edited version, customised version, or derivative work based on a Design Pixie template remains subject to this license and may not be sold or redistributed.

SHOPIFY + WORDPRESS THEMES

Shopify Themes and WordPress Themes are sold under the Personal Use License only.

These themes may only be used for one website owned and operated by the purchaser. They may not be used to create websites for clients, resold as website packages, or redistributed in any form.

Unauthorised use, copying, redistribution, or resale of Design Pixie templates constitutes a breach of this license agreement and may constitute copyright infringement. Design Pixie reserves the right to revoke licenses, restrict access to purchased products, refuse future purchases, and pursue available legal remedies.

3. Social Media Templates

Social Media Templates are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

This license grants one purchaser permission to use the templates to create social media content for their own personal brand, business, or social media accounts.

Permitted Use

One purchase allows you to:

• Use the templates to create content for your own personal social media pages;
• Use the templates to create content for your own business or brand’s social media accounts;
• Customise the templates with your own text, images, colours, branding, and content.
• Or use the templates as they are (same colors, fonts)

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, sublicense, or provide the templates to another person or business;
• Edit, modify, or repackage the templates for resale as your own products;
• Create competing social media template products, template bundles, design resources, or digital products using Design Pixie templates;
• Use the templates to create products for sale, including but not limited to editable templates, template bundles, courses, memberships, design resources, or downloadable products;
• Claim the designs, layouts, creative direction, or structure of the templates as your own.

The templates are licensed for creating your own social media content only. They may not be used as a base for creating new products, resources, or templates for distribution or sale.

Included Fonts & Graphics

Social media templates may include custom fonts, illustrations, graphics, frames, icons, and other design elements.

These included assets are licensed for use within the purchased template set only and do not transfer ownership or provide standalone usage rights.

You may not extract, separate, redistribute, modify, or use the included fonts, graphics, or design elements outside of the purchased templates unless you have obtained the appropriate license or permission from Design Pixie.

4. Graphics

Graphics purchased from Design Pixie are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

One purchase of a Design Pixie graphics product grants the original purchaser (“Single User”) permission to use the graphics included in that product for personal and commercial projects, including the creation of unlimited finished end products for sale.

The license allows you to incorporate Design Pixie graphics into your own original designs, provided the graphics are not distributed, extracted, or made available for reuse by others.

Permitted Use

You may use Design Pixie graphics to:

• Create personal and commercial designs;
• Create unlimited finished products for sale;
• Use graphics within your own branding, marketing materials, and business projects;
• Use graphics within client projects, provided the individual graphics are not provided to the client as standalone assets.

Examples of permitted finished products may include physical products, printed materials, marketing materials, packaging, social media content, website graphics, and other flattened end-use designs.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, sublicense, or provide the original graphics files to any other person or business;
• Share graphics as freebies, opt-ins, lead magnets, downloads, resource packs, or bonus content;
• Extract individual graphics from a purchased product and distribute them separately;
• Use the graphics to create competing graphic bundles, clipart collections, design resources, or digital products;
• Edit, modify, recolour, alter, or combine graphics and resell them as standalone assets or as part of another graphics collection;
• Claim ownership of Design Pixie graphics or represent them as your own original artwork;
• Include Design Pixie graphics in editable templates, template libraries, or downloadable resources where another user can access, edit, extract, or reuse the graphics.

Client Use

Design Pixie graphics may be used within client projects and branding work.

However, clients may not receive the individual graphics files or any standalone assets purchased from Design Pixie. If a client wishes to use Design Pixie graphics independently, they must purchase their own license.

Editable Templates

Design Pixie graphics must not be provided within editable templates for sale, distribution, or sharing.

This includes, but is not limited to, Canva templates, social media templates, website templates, planners, worksheets, branding templates, and other editable digital products where the purchaser can access or extract the graphics.

5. Branding

Branding Templates are sold under a Single User License Agreement and are intended for use by the original purchaser’s own business only.

Purchasing a Design Pixie branding template grants you permission to customise and use the template for your own brand. It does not transfer ownership of the template, design concepts, layouts, graphics, fonts, or included creative assets.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use branding templates to create branding materials for your own personal business;
• Customise the templates with your own business name, colours, information, and content;
• Use the finished branding materials for your own business marketing and brand presence.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use Design Pixie branding templates to create branding materials, logos, or design work for clients or other businesses;
• Use branding templates as a starting point for client projects within a design business, agency, or freelance service;
• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or provide the templates to another person or business;
• Create products for sale using the designs, layouts, or creative elements from Design Pixie branding templates;
• Edit, modify, or repackage the templates for resale as your own products;
• Claim ownership of the template designs, layouts, concepts, or included creative assets.

Design Pixie branding templates are licensed for creating your own business branding only and may not be used to create competing branding products, template products, or design resources.

Logo Template License

Logo templates may be used to create a logo for your own business only.

You must replace all placeholder text, business names, and example wording with your own original business name before downloading and using the final logo.

You may not:

• Use the logo template with the exact original example wording;
• Use logo templates to create logos for clients, customers, or other businesses;
• Sell, transfer, distribute, or provide logo templates to another person;
• Claim the underlying logo template design as an exclusive original design;
• Register or trademark the template design itself.

Because logo templates are available for purchase by multiple customers, you acknowledge that similar or identical design elements may be used by other purchasers. Design Pixie does not provide exclusive ownership rights to template designs.

Included Fonts & Graphics

Branding templates may include premium fonts, illustrations, graphics, icons, and other design elements.

These assets are licensed for use within the purchased template only and do not transfer ownership or provide standalone usage rights.

You may not:

• Extract fonts, graphics, or design elements from the template for separate use;
• Use included assets outside the purchased branding template;
• Redistribute, share, or sell included assets;
• Use included assets to create other products, templates, logos, or design resources.

6. Marketing

Marketing products from Design Pixie are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

This license grants the original purchaser permission to use the templates to create marketing content for their own personal brand or business only.

The templates may be customised with your own content, branding, images, and information to create finished marketing materials. The license does not transfer ownership of the templates, layouts, designs, fonts, graphics, or included creative assets.

Permitted Use

You may use Design Pixie marketing templates to create content for your own business, including:

• Promotional graphics;
• Advertisements;
• Flyers and brochures;
• Email marketing content;
• Lead magnets and PDFs;
• Social media marketing content;
• Business presentations;
• Other marketing materials created for your own brand.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, share, transfer, sublicense, or redistribute the templates;
• Edit, modify, or repackage the templates for resale;
• Create products, template bundles, resources, or digital downloads for sale or distribution using Design Pixie templates;
• Use the templates as a base for creating competing marketing templates or design products;
• Provide the editable templates to clients, customers, employees, contractors, or other third parties;
• Claim ownership of the designs, layouts, creative direction, or included assets;
• Extract individual design elements from the templates for separate use or redistribution.

The templates are licensed for creating your own finished marketing materials only. They may not be used as a source file or design resource for creating products that are sold, shared, or distributed to others.

Included Fonts & Graphics

Marketing templates may include custom fonts, premium graphics, illustrations, icons, and other Design Pixie assets.

These assets are licensed for use within the purchased template set only.

You may not:

• Extract fonts, graphics, or design elements from the templates;
• Use included assets separately in other Canva designs, documents, templates, or projects;
• Share, redistribute, or sell included assets;
• Use included assets to create other products, templates, branding materials, or digital resources.

If you wish to use any included fonts or graphics outside of the purchased marketing templates, you must obtain the appropriate license from Design Pixie.

7. Mockups

Mockups purchased from Design Pixie are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

One purchase grants the original purchaser (“Single User”) permission to use the mockups to showcase and promote their own products, services, or business.

The license allows you to incorporate Design Pixie mockups into your own finished marketing materials. It does not transfer ownership of the mockup files, layouts, scenes, or underlying design assets.

Permitted Use

You may use Design Pixie mockups to showcase your own products and business, including:

• Product listing images;
• Website graphics;
• Social media content;
• Marketing materials;
• Advertisements;
• eBooks, PDFs, and digital guides;
• Presentations;
• Your own product photography and promotional materials.

You may customise mockups by adding your own designs, artwork, screenshots, branding, or product images to create finished promotional graphics.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, share, transfer, sublicense, distribute, or provide the original mockup files to another person or business;
• Sell or distribute mockup files as standalone products or resources;
• Include Design Pixie mockups in templates, template bundles, or digital products for sale or distribution;
• Use mockups as editable elements within products where customers can access, replace, extract, or reuse the mockup files;
• Create competing mockup products, listing image packs, design resources, or template collections using Design Pixie mockups;
• Claim ownership of the mockup scenes, layouts, photography, or design structure;
• Extract individual elements from the mockups for separate use or redistribution.

Templates & Digital Products

Design Pixie mockups may not be included in editable products or resources intended for sale, sharing, or distribution.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Canva templates;
• Social media templates;
• Website templates;
• Listing image templates;
• Branding templates;
• Digital product templates;
• Template bundles.

This restriction applies even if the mockup is only included as a placeholder, example image, preview image, or replaced before final delivery.

8. Stock Photos

Stock photos purchased from Design Pixie are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

One purchase of a Design Pixie stock photo pack grants the original purchaser (“Single User”) permission to use the included photos for personal and commercial projects, including business branding, marketing, websites, blogs, and promotional materials.

The license allows you to incorporate Design Pixie stock photos into your own finished designs and business materials. It does not transfer ownership of the photographs or grant permission to redistribute the images as standalone files.

Permitted Use

You may use Design Pixie stock photos for:

• Your website, including banners, website pages, blog posts, and online content;
• Social media content for your own personal brand or business;
• eBooks, digital guides, printed guides, and educational materials;
• Email newsletters and marketing campaigns;
• Marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content;
• Product listing images
• Branding and creative projects where the photos are incorporated into a larger original design.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, sublicense, or provide the original photos to any other person or business;
• Give away the photos as freebies, opt-ins, bonuses, downloads, or resource materials;
• Sell or distribute the photos as standalone images, image collections, backgrounds, wallpapers, or stock resources;
• Edit, modify, crop, filter, recolour, or alter the photos and then resell, redistribute, or share them as standalone images;
• Include the photos in editable templates, template bundles, or downloadable resources where another user can access, extract, or reuse the photos;
• Use the photos as the primary asset in products intended for resale, including but not limited to stock photo collections, design bundles, or digital asset packs;
• Claim ownership of the photography or represent the images as your own original work.

Editable Templates

Design Pixie stock photos may not be used in, displayed within, or incorporated into any editable template, or template collection that is created for sale, distribution, or commercial release.

This restriction applies even if the stock photos are:

• Not included in the final downloadable product;
• Removed before delivery to the customer;
• Replaced with placeholder images;
• Only used as example content, preview images, or promotional imagery.

You may not use Design Pixie stock photos to create, advertise, demonstrate, or enhance products such as:

• Social media template packs;
• Canva templates;
• Website templates;
• Branding templates;
• Marketing templates;
• Digital product templates;
• Design resources;
• Template bundles or similar products.

Design Pixie stock photos may only be used within your own finished designs, marketing materials, and business content.

9. Digital Planning

All digital planning products are for personal use only.

You do not have permission to re-sell, share, transfer or re-distribute this item or any edited derivative of this item.

Commercial use is prohibited.

10. Etsy and TPT Shop Kits / Banners

These items are sold under a Single User License Agreement.

One purchase of a Design Pixie shop kit grants the original purchaser permission to use the templates to create banners, listing images, and promotional graphics for one (1) store or account owned and operated by the purchaser.

The license allows you to customise the templates with your own branding, text, images, and information to create finished designs for your own shop. You can also use them as they are with the same colors and fonts.

Permitted Use

You may use the templates to create:

• Etsy shop banners and listing images for your own Etsy store;
• Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) shop graphics for your own TPT store;
• Promotional graphics and marketing materials for your own store or business.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, share, transfer, sublicense, or redistribute the templates;
• Edit, modify, or repackage the templates for resale;
• Use the templates to create shop graphics, listing images, or branding materials for clients or other businesses;
• Use the templates as part of a design service, agency service, or custom design offering;
• Create products, template bundles, resources, or digital downloads for sale or distribution using Design Pixie templates;
• Claim the templates, layouts, designs, or creative direction as your own original work;
• Use the templates to create competing shop kits, Etsy resources, TPT resources, or similar products.

A separate license is required for each individual store, business, or account using Design Pixie shop kits.

Included Fonts & Graphics

Shop kits may include exclusive Design Pixie fonts, graphics, illustrations, icons, and other design elements.

These included assets are licensed for use within the purchased shop kit templates only and do not provide standalone usage rights.

You may not:

• Extract fonts, graphics, or design elements from the templates;
• Use included fonts or graphics in other Canva designs, documents, templates, or projects;
• Share, distribute, or provide access to included assets;
• Use included assets to create other products, branding materials, templates, or digital resources.

If you wish to use any included fonts or graphics outside of the purchased shop kit, you must obtain the appropriate license for those assets separately.

11. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

All products, templates, themes, fonts, graphics, illustrations, stock images, branding assets, design kits, source files, mock-ups, documentation, and all other digital content created or supplied by Design Pixie (“Design Pixie Content”) are protected by copyright, intellectual property laws, and international creative rights protections.

Unless you have received express written permission from Design Pixie, you may not upload, submit, provide, reproduce, distribute, copy, extract, analyse, process, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any Design Pixie Content in connection with any artificial intelligence (“AI”) platform, machine learning system, large language model, generative AI service, automated design tool, or similar technology, whether currently available or developed in the future.

This includes, but is not limited to, using Design Pixie Content to:

• train, fine-tune, test, develop, evaluate, or improve any AI or machine learning model;
• generate, recreate, imitate, modify, or produce derivative works based on Design Pixie Content;
• create competing products, templates, themes, graphics, fonts, illustrations, branding assets, stock imagery, digital products, or other commercial materials;
• extract, replicate, imitate, or analyse the distinctive style, creative direction, design elements, layouts, compositions, structures, or visual characteristics of any Design Pixie product;
• generate content that is substantially similar to, derived from, or based upon any Design Pixie Content.

This restriction applies whether Design Pixie Content is used in whole or in part, whether modified or unmodified, and whether incorporated directly or indirectly into AI prompts, reference materials, datasets, training inputs, workflows, automated processes, or any other AI-related system.

Any unauthorised use of Design Pixie Content in connection with artificial intelligence constitutes a material breach of this Product License and the Design Pixie Terms of Service. Design Pixie reserves the right to revoke any licence granted, terminate access to purchased products or customer accounts where applicable, refuse future transactions, and pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, recovery of legal costs, and other remedies available under applicable law.

Design Pixie actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property through reverse image searches, marketplace monitoring, online surveillance, and other detection methods. Evidence of unauthorised AI usage, copying, imitation, or creation of derivative works may be retained and used to support enforcement action.

12. Single User License

Unless otherwise stated, all Design Pixie products sold under a Single User License Agreement are licensed to the original purchaser only.

A Single User License grants one individual permission to use the purchased Design Pixie product in accordance with the specific product license terms. The license allows use of the product but does not transfer ownership of the files, designs, artwork, templates, fonts, graphics, photographs, or any other intellectual property belonging to Design Pixie.

What Single User Means

A Single User License means:

• The license belongs only to the individual who purchased the product;
• The purchaser may use the product for their own permitted personal or commercial projects;
• The purchaser may not share access to the product files with another person, business, team member, client, contractor, or third party;
• Additional users must purchase their own license unless written permission has been provided by Design Pixie.

You May Not

Under a Single User License, you may not:

• Share, transfer, gift, sublicense, or redistribute Design Pixie products;
• Upload Design Pixie products to shared folders, team libraries, membership platforms, resource libraries, or other shared access locations;
• Provide purchased files to clients, customers, employees, contractors, or collaborators unless specifically permitted under the applicable product license;
• Resell, repackage, distribute, or create competing products using Design Pixie products or any part of them;
• Claim ownership of Design Pixie designs, artwork, templates, layouts, fonts, graphics, photographs, or creative assets;
• Use Design Pixie products as a source file, starting point, reference resource, or foundation for creating products for resale or distribution.

Finished End Products

Where a product license permits commercial use, you may incorporate Design Pixie products into your own finished end products.

A finished end product must:

• Be created by you;
• Add your own content, branding, information, or creative contribution;
• Not allow another person to access, extract, edit, reuse, or redistribute the original Design Pixie assets.

The purpose of a Single User License is to allow you to use Design Pixie products as part of your own creative work, not to provide access to the underlying assets or enable the creation of competing products.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Design Pixie products remain the intellectual property and copyrighted property of Design Pixie.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use the product according to these terms. It does not grant ownership rights, exclusive rights, resale rights, or permission to create derivative products based on Design Pixie content.

Unauthorised use, copying, redistribution, resale, extraction, or creation of derivative works from Design Pixie products may constitute a breach of this license agreement and copyright infringement.
