Design Pixie website templates are sold under the following license terms:

PERSONAL USE

A personal use license allows you to use the template for one website of your own (personal or business), in your own account.

The template can only be used by the purchaser for their own website and cannot be transferred to another user. If you hire someone to edit your website for you, they cannot take claim to the design.

The footer SITE DESIGN link to Design Pixie must stay in place. This must not be removed.

PERSONAL USE - NO CREDIT

Personal use terms above apply with No SITE DESIGN credit link to Design Pixie required in the footer.

CLIENT USE

A client use license allows you to use the template for one website for one client.

Definition of "client": Someone other than yourself.

You cannot use the template for more than one client. Additional use requires an additional license purchase.

The footer SITE DESIGN link to Blog Pixie can be removed and replaced with your own design credit.

You do not have permission to re-sell or re-distribute a website template or any edited derivative of a website template. You do not have permission to claim the design or structure as your own for re-sale.

You will receive the template as it is shown in the live demo URL that you are able to preview before purchasing. It is your responsibility to preview the live version of the template and ask questions if needed, before choosing to purchase.

Fonts are sold under a Single User license agreement. With your one purchase of a font you (Single User) hold the license to use that font for:

• Personal use
• Commercial use
• Client work
• Design work
• Product creation

TERMS OF USE:

You must not re-sell, transfer or redistribute the font itself – your design using the font must be flattened so the font cannot be extracted.

You, the purchaser of the font, hold the license to use the font. You must not share the font. All other users require a license of their own.

The font can be used in a design for a client (eg. logo, branding) however the font itself cannot be transferred to the client. They will need to purchase the font themselves if they wish to use it further.

You may embed a font into a web theme that you are using for your own website (eg. WordPress, WIX, Showit, Squarespace), however you must not embed a font in a theme to sell.

Fonts MUST NOT be used in templates for sale or re-distribution.

Fonts cannot be re-sold as an embroidery font.

Fonts can be uploaded to Canva to use in your own projects, however cannot be used to create Canva templates for sale or distribution.

Branding templates are for personal business use only.

The template designs are copyrighted to Design Pixie and you do not have permission to re-sell, transfer or re-distribute the templates, the graphics used or any edited derivative of the template. You do not have permission to claim the designs as your own.

You cannot create products for sale using the designs in branding templates.

You cannot use branding templates to produce work for clients within your own design business.

LOGO TEMPLATES

You can use logo templates to create your own logo. You do not have permission to use the designs with the same words as they are. You must replace the words with your business name before downloading. You can use the same colors.

You are unable to trademark your logo design using these templates.

The templates cannot be used for client work or to create logos for customers/clients.

The designs include premium fonts and graphics exclusive for Design Pixie customers only. These fonts and graphics can be used in the set templates only.

Graphics are sold under a Single User license agreement. One purchase of a graphics product from Design Pixie provides you (Single User) with the license to use the items in that product for personal use, commercial use or to produce the design of unlimited end products for sale.

END PRODUCT FOR SALE

An End Product is a digital design or a physical item that you plan to sell to more than one person. The design must be significantly different than, and not sold in direct competition with, the product purchased from Design Pixie.

An End Product design requires time, effort and skill to produce. The purchased graphic cannot be the main component of your product. Your finished design must incorporate multiple design elements and be flattened so that the graphic cannot be extracted for further use.

You must not re-sell, share (eg. as opt-ins or freebies) or re-distribute any of the items purchased. When using items you’ve purchased from Design Pixie in your design, your customers must not be able to extract those items for further use.

Graphics can be used for client or branding projects, however individual graphics cannot be re-distributed to clients. You can create designs using the graphics (such as patterns, or a combination of graphics with other design elements for marketing images), however you cannot transfer the individual graphics to the client.

Graphics cannot be edited or changed for re-sale.

Graphics MUST NOT be provided in editable templates for sale or redistribution.

Social Media templates are sold under a Single User license agreement under the following terms:

The template designs are copyrighted to Design Pixie and you do not have permission to re-sell, transfer or re-distribute the templates, the graphics used or any edited derivative of the template. You do not have permission to claim the designs as your own.

You cannot create products for sale using social media templates.

The designs include custom and premium fonts and graphics exclusive for Design Pixie customers only. These fonts and graphics can be used in the set templates only.

Personal Use License

A personal use license allows you to use the templates to create content for your own social media accounts (personal or business).

CLIENT USE License

A Client Use license allows you to use the templates to create content for the social media accounts of one client.

The templates cannot be transferred to the client. Only you (Single User) hold the license to use the templates and have them within your own Canva account.

The client cannot have access to the templates.

If the client wants to edit the templates, they must purchase their own Personal Use license.

Styled stock photos are for personal/business use.

You can use our photos to market and display products in your own store.

You can use them on websites and blogs where you are the owner of that website/blog.

You can modify, re-size, filter and crop photos.

You can use our photos in products for sale (eg. ebooks, workbooks, PDFs) as long as the product is flattened and the photo is overlayed with text and graphics so that the photo itself cannot be extracted and is not the main component of the product.

PROHIBITED USE:

You cannot re-sell or giveaway our photos.

You cannot provide our photos in editable templates (eg. website templates, Canva templates, PSDs, editable PDFs, etc.)

All digital planning products are for personal use only.

You do not have permission to re-sell, share, transfer or re-distribute this item or any edited derivative of this item.
