Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold at Design Pixie Store, all sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be provided.
It is your responsibility to read the full product description before you make a purchase, check the items you have in your cart before checking out, and to ask any questions you may have via the contact form before making a purchase.

If you need me to install your new Shopify theme, please purchase this listing (add it to the cart with your new theme or purchase this separately).
IMPORTANT: A Shopify theme is not included with this Installation purchase, you need to purchase one of the Design Pixie Shopify Themes as well.
The Service Includes:

Canva Banner Templates
In your Shopify Theme download you will receive a PDF which has 4 button links on it to the banner templates in different sizes. If you would like to edit the Canva banner templates provided in your theme purchase and then email them to me before I start installation, I can add them into the correct spots for you. Otherwise I will upload the live demo banners and you can replace them later on with your edited banners.
How It Works:
- Fill out the fields above with your Myshopify URL (I need this specific URL), Collaborator Request Code and best Email Address.
- Add the Shopify Theme Installation service to your cart and checkout.
- Once purchased, I will email you within 24 hours with a list of details I need to set you up (eg. your social media links, menu links, etc.) Please search for an email in your inbox or spam folder with the subject "Shopify Theme Installation". Reply to that email with the requested details and your edited banners as JPGs or PNGs.
- You will also receive an email from Shopify to accept my access to the areas I need for installation.
- Once I receive access to your site and your reply email, I will begin installation.
- Installation will be complete within 3 days of receiving what is needed from you.
