Shopify Theme FAQs

How does this work?

When you install one of our Shopify Themes, it changes the layout and design of your shop. It adds color, font styles, navigation menu and banner sections so you can make your store look like the live demo of the theme (linked above). It’s a fast and easy way to have a completely styled Shopify site, without needing to hire a designer. You can easily do it yourself!

If you already have a Shopify site you can install the theme in the backend and work on it, before publishing it live. When you make it live, the current theme you are using will move into the Unpublished themes and if you ever want to switch back to it you can, it will be right there.

If you are new to Shopify, I would recommend starting a Free Trial at Shopify (partner link). Once you have your new account, you can install a Design Pixie theme, add your products in the Products section of Shopify, arrange your store and payment settings and then you are ready to sell! You will need the Basic plan at Shopify to run your store.

Can I change the colors and fonts?

Yes! You can completely customise the theme with your branding to make it unique to your business.

You can change colors of the theme itself (eg. the buttons, navigation bar, links) as well as the banner templates in Canva.

Do you sell the shop banner templates separately?

Yes! If you already have a Shopify theme and just need banner designs, I have Shopify Banner Templates.

Do you offer support?

I am always here to answer any questions you have about the Shopify Theme.

If your questions are about how to use Shopify itself or adding external apps, features, coding or edits, I will direct you to Shopify's help guides and/or the Shopify Experts website (so you can hire a developer).

Do you provide video tutorials?

There are no video tutorials included, however I have created a super easy-to-follow Installation Guide so you can install the theme yourself!
